My aunt has been coming here for years. Gave her a ride to this credit union today and had my battery die on me. Ty didn't hesitate to come out and help me jump start my car. I don't know what I would have done without him. Turns out the credit union isn't the only thing that's superior, so is the staff!

The lady that works at the counter in the Collegeville office is always supremely nice on the phone and very efficient super friendly. The manager Carlin is always available to take care of any issue and they sincerely try to provide the best customer service they possibly can today’s crazy world.

I've been with the credit union for over thirty years. They always do an excellent job. That is why I am still there.
Holly is the best and she can help you with anything pertaining to finance. All of the tellers up there are knowledgable, friendly and courteous. Some of Holly must have rubbed off on them.

I have been a member of Superior Credit Union for many years. They have always helped me with my finances throughout all phases of my life. I also belonged to other financial institutions which changed hands numerous times over the years, which left their clients out in the cold.
If you don't want to be just not another number and get personalized service, I would highly recommend this branch and their team of curious, caring professionals.
They will always take the time to help, and over come any obsticals that maybe encountered.
Also, my online banking app works well and is just a touch away.

I go to the branch in Collegeville . Everyone is very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. The facility is very modern and well kept. The online software is very easy to use and if i do need to contact branch my emails are responded to in a timely manner. Highly Recommend.

Had a problem with a card purchase, went to the collegeville branch told the associates that I was having a problem with a mobile card purchase the associates worked on the problem till it got straightened out, I don't think at a big bank I would have received the personalized service I received from the credit union and just I read a review that someone wrote that it is almost impossible to get through to someone which is totally wrong because I never waited more than a minute to speak to someone. Join the Superior Credit Union you won't regret it.

My wife and I own a small business and came to Superior asking for a loan to help further our business. Ray and Patricia worked very diligently with phenomenal customer service skills to make sure that we were able to get our loan and all this in the midst of the virus! We are very grateful to them for everything they did to help us. It is so nice to
know that there are still banks out there who genuinely work for and appreciate the small businesses of the world. The entire staff is always very friendly as well. We would recommend Superior to anyone!
