Have seen several bad reviews on here and my experience couldn’t have been further from that. First, customer service was very friendly and responsive. They sent out a team for our sewer issue in less than two hours and had it fixed in less time than that. The team was very courteous, friendly and forthright. They even cleaned up the mess in the yard before leaving (above and beyond) Wish I had gotten their names because they represented customer service at its best!! Thank you all!

Spoke to customer service twice this week and lady I spoke with was super nice and and helped answer my questions about water bill/usage. Didn't have to wait long for someone to answer either.

Update: finally got ahold of customer service and she was very nice. Apparently you don’t receive a bill for 2 months after initiation. Still not raising the rating high because it would have been fairly easy to give these details when I initiated service. Also I should have been provided a member number to access this information online to avoid the hassle and frustration. Only giving 3 stars because the customer service rep was nice, but their procedures could be better.

The fact the rating is so low and they do nothing?!! I just unfortunately moved here, never received a bill and cannot log in without account numbers that are printed on the dang bill! When I bought, they shut the water off same day with no notice and now you have to jump through hoops to pay a damn bill!

Cant say much about the water service itself considering I could only refund one bill after being aware of a leak, as well as these other reviews, but when having to deal with the leak the woman I spoke to were extremely kind,patient, and helpful. Wish there was a way to review at the end of a call because genuinely she was wonderful. Took all the stress out of the situation. 🙂 keep up the great work

I guess this is how you leave water meters? So glad I saw this before my Great Dane stepped on it. I’m sure you wouldn’t want that vet bill and angry mama coming for you!

This is sad that now with these new meters they monitor every of drop of water (including rain) and point you at fault if you get a crazy water bill. And the excuse for this year is water bill have increased 15% (more like 80%) this year around June to pay for this new meter monitors or they are going to blame you if such a high bill. And customer service is rude and very brief like I want water for free.

You would think that through these tough times we are experiencing with Covid that people would have some kind of empathy. Not these people every time I call them they provide the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I work in customer service. To cut customers off or get snippy with them is straight up rude and it’s not just one person there it’s every single person you talk to.

I called yesterday morning about water problems I've been having since the meter was changed last week. I was told someone would be out that day. No one came. Called today. No one knows if anyone was sent out yesterday or not. Meanwhile, the problem has gotten worse. But, someone was sent out after calling a 2nd time.
