Tammy Clark is a dishonest case worker, she has never provided my request when working to clarify my arrears. I have sent a note to have her changed and no one in the agency has contacted me, they have increased my payment without a court order and my case was originated in Puerto Rico. It appears that no one in the agency is aware because at this moment no one has called me. And I have to continue paying money that I don’t owe because Tammy Clark refuses and is negligent to do her job.

This entire office is a joke. Every time I call, it takes weeks if at all to get a call back. The case workers just go on about how big there case loads are and then proceed by doing absolutely nothing. It should be illegal for this office to manage child support cases. There sole job is to enforce payments and they can't even do that.

Laura Utley is a caseworker that is dishonest, and loves to treat all fathers as if they are all deadbeats. She will lie in court to get fathers thrown in jail every chance she gets even if it's the OTHER parent that is the deadbeat! These people have been allowed to violate my (and many others) eighth amendment right, and I WILL be developing a comprehensive website for victims of this woman and her office to tell their own story, and to begin the process of filing a class action lawsuit to hold these lawless individuals accountable once and for all.
They have been getting away with destroying GOOD parents lives, and extorting money from them without having to SHOW any records or PROOF that any money is owed. They are allowed to slander and attack your character in an open courtroom to get you sent to jail even WHILE strong-arming money from you without any proof saying you actually owe this money, and you are not allowed to say ANYTHING in your own defense without the judge calling you a liar no matter what you attempt to say to defend yourself! Some of you are bad parents that may deserve to be sent to jail, some of you are good parents having your rights violated. I will now make it MY life's work to fully EXPOSE these corrupt people and because these government employees are ACCOUNTABLE TO US, I will now begin to fully investigate and expose them and fully plan to hold them accountable for the violation of rights both they AND the court is commiting on a daily basis. We will soon have a website where you too can tell your story, and EXPOSE these people who are violating your rights and having you jailed while they extort you and destroy your life over money they don't even have to show proof you even owe to begin with, while ACTUAL CRIMINALS are allowed to pay petty bail amounts and walk free! These people are corrupt, and Laura Utley is a provable liar, and a man hating corrupt government employee that MUST be fully exposed, and held accountable for her dishonesty and lies being told to get good parents thrown in jail so they can extort you without showing any records of their claims that you owe them anything!

Child support order finished and case closed. Nope, wait, psych! We changer our minds, started a new case, decided to hold a hearing 950 miles from you, passed judgement, and attached your pay! All this without a single communication. Because we are live free Or die state. The laughing stock of the nation

I think there are some really decent case workers, Brad in the Manchester office is prompt, professional and helpful. Overall great guy. the system itself is in need of severe reform. The statistics for children who come from one income households are heartbreaking, higher risk of drug addiction, mental illness, suicide & it goes on & on. The remedy for that, is not living at poverty level income. How do we do that? Hold these deadbeat absent parents accountable. $50 month court order went unenforced for years. $50 a month with a modification after three years? How does that constitute support? I know about the child support calculator but that doesn’t calculate. I have an upcoming hearing, but really had to advocate for son for a substantial amount of time and I don’t feel confident about it but it’s a small victory- no legal aid for family law in NH either so at least I have some help with filing & representation & I appreciate that. Our children need better odds and the system needs serious reform.

My local caseworker/branch of child support has been nothing but professional. No, I don't get a response the second I send an email, but I am realistic and don't expect to. I understand that these people don't make the rules, they can only do what the law allows. They can't make your ex a better person, they can't get you money that doesn't exist. They do their jobs within the confines of a terrible, overloaded system and it has been my experience that they do the best they possible can with the resources available to them.
