Unfortunately we had a poor experience with this Airbnb host.
We rented an apartment, Italy from Co-Host Sardegna for 8 days.

I stayed in more than 40 Airbnb apartments over the years, but this was by far the worst experience I've had renting.

Here is a shortened list of issues I remember:
1). Gas stove was not properly prepared for us and we experienced gas smell when using it. This was a safety issue with having 3 kids in the apartment

2). Wifi didn't work and then after some discussion it was fixed after 2 days of not having it. even after it was fixed it was still slow and unstable.
3). teapot was broken, but was quickly replaced by the host.
4). There was a serious mildew smell in the bedrooms. I have complained about it to the host, however was advised to open the window, but this didn't help at all.
5). The apartment can't handle the electric load of AC, and Washer at the same time and we were loosing power a few times during our stay .
6). The small bathroom has a leak when we flushed the toilet.
7). no wine glasses and barely enough silverware for 5 people

When we requested a partial refund (20% of the stay cost) for all the issues - the Co-Host Sardegna declined the request.

We’ve got unpleasant experiences considering the price we paid for the apartment. The only good was a location- 7 minutes to the nearest beach. Everything else was not great: place needs to be updated, it has strong mold smell winch is not safe. We’ve tried to resolve it and were told to keep the windows open in mid August with 37C outside. Internet didn’t work for 3 days and worked poorly after. The electric circuit was not powerful enough to support the apartment. Overall I regret we chose this place for our family vacation.
