My experiences at this hospital was great. The staff worked so hard to make sure I was comfortable and emotionally on par. My surgeon kept me updated on all my health issues concerning my operation and was precise making sure I was stable before going home. I had no problem with people speaking English with me and trying hard to get the correct words. My french is limited but I did try and since my husband's first language is French it was helpful to have him there for big conversations. The staff there work so hard. Thank you to everyone on the 3rd floor and in the XRay department.

Le seul point agaçant ce sont les écrans d'affichages placés de cotés dans la salle d'attente, au lieux d'en face. Lorsqu'on attend on essaie de s'occuper à lire ou à regarder nos écrans, car on est toujours un peu anxieux. Mais la, plutôt que de simplement lever les yeux lorsque ça sonne on doit tourner la tête. Et comme ça sonne souvent......

Je donne la note maximale à l’Institut de Cardiologie, car c’est totalement mérité. Le personnel était souriant et accueillant, et je tiens à remercier tout particulièrement la bénévole qui m’a aidé à me guider lors de ma première visite, où j’étais un peu perdu. Je venais pour un ECG et je suis ressorti de l’Institut au bout de 30 à 40 minutes, au maximum. L’efficacité et le professionnalisme étaient au rendez-vous.

Had a wonderful experience here! I waited over 17 hours at another hospital with chest pain and shortness of breath and never saw a doctor. A walk in clinic sent me to the heart institute and I’m so glad they did! I was there 7 hours total but I saw the doctors twice and had multiple tests run in that time. Everyone from the support staff, the nurses and doctors were all very kind and helpful. This is the place to be if you’re having heart related symptoms!

Dès l’arrivée au stationnement, on se fait accueillir avec un sourire! Pour être bien franc, tout est parfait! Des bénévoles se font un plaisir de vous informer sur les directions à suivre pour se rendre aux différents rdv. Le personnel est toujours efficace et aidant. Les professionnels et les médecins sont à l’écoute et sont efficaces. Il n’y a pas d’attente, la ponctualité est de mise. Un établissement bien géré où les patients sont au coeur des préoccupations.

I will never forget the experience I had in this hospital. My 80-year-old dad was transferred to this hospital after having such a bad experience with.CITE DE LA SANTE. Unfortunately, my dad spent three weeks in the coronary unit at this disgusting hospital until I demanded that they transfer him to INSTITUTE DE CARDIOLOGY. On April 25, he was transferred and from the moment I stepped Foot in the hospital, it was such an amazing experience! From the doctors, to the nurses, to the caregivers, it was all such a positive experience. Unfortunately, my father did not make it, but I That they did everything possible for him to survive, but unfortunately, due to the fact that he had a heart attack and a very bad valve, there was nothing they could’ve done more. If you or your loved ones have any issue please do not go anywhere else, but this hospital. They are number one in my book. I can assure you that they will take care of your loved ones as though it was theirs. I want to give a special thanks to nurse TAMARRA Who was absolutely incredible. She really took care of my father. Even in his last minute of his life, he thanked her for such a great job. Hospitals in the public sector should all take notes Regarding how a hospital should really be like.

This morning I had a scare for my husband. Thinking he was having a heart attack. With what has gone on in our family the last 6 weeks I was panicking. Lost my mother in law to a heart attack , and what she had was hereditary. Her condition was ONLY able to be seen by ultrasound. When i brought my husband in I thought he was going through the same thing. I have 2 babies at home and was extremely stressed. An ultrasound today (labour day) was not possible as there was no one to check. Dr. Lucey was soooo kind to put my mind at ease and check my husband's aorta with ultrasound. Even though she wasn't the one who usually does so. I am grateful for her kind heart and understanding for what I have been going through. The service was super fast and everyone was a great help. But I thank Dr. Lucey the most because she checked him the right way and the in a way that made me feel that my husband was taken care of. There aren't that many people, let alone doctors who will go that little extra mile for someone. Thank you Dr. Lucey , I really appreciate you putting my mind at ease ♥️
