As a Turkish citizen, a French and English student and a English teacher my self, İ found İstituto Venezia very useful, fun, friendly and more..
Located in City center, easy to reach from every spot, İnstituto has a lot to offer.
All the teachers were friendly, positif, trying everything to make join the students who are reluctant or not enthustiastic.
Students with different nationalities, colorful...
The thing which İ found the most important and useful is the trips, all the classes are in the morning, after the lessons, İnstituto organises trips all around Trieste, and they don't charge you for these, you only pay for the transport, foods and drinks you consume if you'd like to. (Unlike lots of schools woldwide which would charge you extra for the trips they organize in profit of their company) They have trips every evening, even if you miss some, you have the chance to join one another, For me, personally every trip was an unforgettible memory.

It was great to see some good reviews before joining but I didn't find the reviews helpful in deciding to study there so allow me to break it down for you:

I studied in Trieste for over three weeks and I can say this was one of the best language schools I've learned at and I've studied at many languages in lots of different countries (French, Hebrew, Spanish, and Indonesian). I started as a beginner and I've learned so much already. The classes were from 9-1030 with a 30 min break then 1030-12 so three hours of learning and never once did I feel bored. This is because the three teachers (Giovani, Lorenzo and Sandro) are engaging, knowledgeable, warm and efficient. Keep in mind, the lessons are all in Italian so it can be difficult to keep up if you are used to learning with help of your native language.

The program does a fantastic job balancing lectures, exercises and games. The exercises will not only help you speak and read but also improve your listening skills.

The program is super affordable and worth every penny. Highly recommend.
